Description (partial)

Symptom:
We get the response for query type CNAME  for the Domain Name: ecscf1-gm.so102.volte.gtm.vzims.com

Answer:
  Domain Name: ecscf1-gm.so102.volte.gtm.vzims.com

Query Type: A          TTL: 25 seconds
Answer: -Negative Reply-
Failure Reason: No relevent answer for the record ty

But when we checked DNS client cache the entry is not  created for this Cname when we get back the response.

Conditions:
When DNS-response is received with CNAME without A/AAAA rr-type response.
