Symptom: Tex/y/z are passing traffic when they are configuring for admin down when sfp is removed and reinserted. After the port is brought up via 'no shut' the connected device would show up and normal. Behavior can be replicated if we shut the port on the 9500 side, then remove and re-insert the SFP. issues has been seen using using both GLC-T and GLC-TE .... Conditions: interface on 9500 is configure for portchannel using LACP and is admin down. SFP is removed and re-inserted. ouput packet are seeing to increase on interface. LACP packets are seen on capture
