Description (partial)

Symptom:
Expansion Module Information missing post Phone Migration

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Phone. In Find and List Phones page, select 9971 phone already present in the node with Digest User drop down box populated with data along with Expansion Module information selected.
3)From related drop down box, select Phone Migration.
4)In Phone Migration page, enable radio button against
Phone Type (and Protocol)Required(select 8861)provide valid MAC Address and Description.

Post successful Migration,
9971 supports- CKEM 36- Button Line Expansion Module ,where as 8861 supports BEKEM 36- Button Line Expansion Module(if the new device supports KEM- it must be added)
For 9971- CKEM 36- Button Line Expansion Module is selected and Post Migration, on 8861 Phone, Expansion Module Information data is not updated.
For Same Phone Type - KEM information must be updated post migration
