Symptom: When Self-signed Multi-san CallManager certificate is generated, if any phones registered with the servers will not get reset notification. Conditions: When Self-signed Multi-San CallManager certificate is generated, if any phones registered with the servers will not get reset notification, because the table GlobalSetting didn't get the change notification to toggle the value of the fieldtkglobalsetting to reset the phone. This has been fixed by restarting the Tftp service once the certificate is generated, so that it updates both ITL file and table.
