Description (partial)

Symptom:
a.       Either disable Directory Integration with CUCM so no profile sync is being done from CUCM to CWMS, and leave SSO Auto Account Update and Creation enabled. This way accounts will be updated when a user logs in.
and new accounts will be created when a user logs in to CWMS for the first time.

b.      Or, disable Auto Account Update and Auto Account Creation in SSO, and leave the updates and user import be done via CUCM, while SSO is used just for authentication.

Conditions:
CUCM integration or SSO is being used.
