Symptom:
Steps to reproduce:

Login to WSA using credentials.
Navigate to Security Srvices  Proxy Settings
In Basic Setting , Clear Cache button will be available.
Now clear the cache using the button

Conditions:
Actual Result:

  Even after clearing the cache, if we do again the same activity ,it  is clearing the cache again and again.

Expected Results: 
 
 If we do the clearing the cache again and again , instead of doing the clearing activities, it can pass the message as it is already cleared.
