Symptom:
Intermittent OS memory allocation failure(s) leaves IPv6 route table in inconsistent state.

The machine(s) memory allocation failure prevents AnyConnect from being able to restore previous IPv6 route changes, leaving the IPv6 route in an inconsistent/undesirable state, resulting in AnyConnect failing to establish a connection.

Conditions:
- macOS 10.14.x/10.15.x
- AnyConnect sessions with IPv6 and v4.7.x/4.8.x
