Description (partial)

Symptom:
Router sends TCP timestamps in ACK responses to to-the-box(packets destined to an IP configured on the router) HTTP/HTTPS requests. The global config option 'no ip tcp timestamp' which is enabled by default, has no effect on this symptom

Conditions:
When the router receives HTTP/HTTPS requests for an IP address configured on the router itself
