topo-igp-nimo topology collection will fail:

<ERROR> 20-Apr-2020::13:58:38.691 SnmpCollectInterfaces Did-137-Worker-110: - com.tailf.maapi.MaapiException: Error on line 37: invalid value for: isis-level in /wae:networks/wae:network[wae:name='ISIS']/wae:model/wae:nodes/wae:node[wae:name='iosxrv-6']/wae:interfaces/wae:interface[wae:name='{to_iosxrv-1}']/wae:isis-level: "Level2" is an invalid value.

Conditions:
Setting the topo-igp-nimo's storage-format=yang (instead of native).
