Description (partial)

Symptom:
1)Real time data does not display correctly if using 12.5.2su2 RTMT plugin to connect to any lower build version server(12.0,11.5,10.5).
2)Real time data option result says 'no files match query criteria' instead of displaying the calls for a particular time.
3)Real time data does not show call records when the client(the machine from which RTMT will be launched) is on different timezone than that of the server.

Conditions:
1)Using 12.5su2 RTMT plugin to connect with any lower build version server(12.0,11.5,10.5).
2)Real time data says 'no files match query criteria' when queried for call records.
3)The client(the machine from which RTMT will be launched) is on different timezone than that of the server.
