Description (partial)

Symptom:
In extremely rare circumstances, switch apparently stops all traffic forwarding. You may observe the following drop counters increasing:

This issue affects <i>only</i> the following hardware platforms:

MDS 9250I
MDS 9148S

The trigger for the issue is 4 or more crashes of lc_port_channel process:
