Description (partial)

Symptom:
An install operation fails with the following error, as displayed in <CmdBold>show install request<noCmdBold>:
Internal error on 1 node. First error: 0/0/CPU0: Command '['lvcreate', '--snapshot', '--name', 'install-rootfs-snapshot-1587015138', 'main-xr-vg/install-rootfs-snapshot-1420070464']' returned non-zero exit status 5. Automatically recovered after failure, ready for next user request.

Conditions:
The root filesystem is very full, according to the output of <CmdBold>lvs<noCmdBold>. An install operation has been requested that is the first operation in a transaction.
This affects releases prior to 7.3.1 and 7.0.14.
