Symptom:
For "cannot register media terminal" message there is a mismatch between the level displayed in Event viewer logs (WARN) and the documentation (ERROR).

From Event-viewer Logs or Cisco ER Serviceability> Tools > Event viewer: 

2020-04-11 13:28:20,088 | WARN  | CER_TELEPHONY | Cannot register media terminal for port:  CER911
