Description (partial)

the issue is when users already joined webex audio using PC audio and then getting a 2nd incoming call via Jabber.  Users muted webex audio and answered jabber call.  The jabber call then auto merged with webex bridge and auto unmuted.  Users on bridge can hear the secondary jabber call.
