Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco DNA Center

Known Affected Releases

DNAC-Wolverine

Description (partial)

Symptom:
AP 1800S getting stuck and not provisioned after changing the self signed certificate on DNAC.

Conditions:
The SAN field in the new certificate installed on DNAC does not match the method that is given to the Sensor APs. For example, if option 43 is used to give PNP details to sensor, but only IP address of DNAC is given in PNP detail, along with the fact that the new certificate is missing IP address in SAN field, then this mismatch will cause the AP to fail to join.
