Description (partial)

Symptom:
8821 phones are losing connectivity with CUCM .
Phone is unregistering with CUCM.
Phones still showing wireless icon in the screen, which seems they have connectivity.
Users check and interact with the phone like checking the statistics in the phone.
Phone is frozen after one minute or two minutes of being unregistered.

Conditions:
In phone console logs 

Phone looks to be doing CCKM roaming instead of FT.

Phone eventually gets connected, but see this happening on subsequent roams.
It eventually gets connected, but then we end up with a wlan chip crash.

* AP different models could be a possible factor contributing to this issue. Because wlan chip needs to switch the data rate/bandwidth frequently during the roaming.
