Description (partial)

Symptom:
If running older versions of CMS, while on a cluster, and XMPP clustering is configured, 

the record:
_xmpp-component._tcp.xmppdomain had to point to 5222 as recomendation

however if running later releases this wont work and will show a TCP connection error in "xmpp connection" on web interface

Conditions:
Configuring the _xmpp-component while pointing to 5222 instead of 5223 (mentioned on newer releases)
