Symptom:
Unable to change phone number of customer prior to record acceptance and dialer execution.
Dialer calls incorrect or lower probability to answer number repeatedly given by campaign management process.

Conditions:
Preview and Preview Direct dialing where agent needs to update the phone number on the record presented before dialing.
