Device is running ikev2 with PKI

Configuration parameters (PKI certificate enrollment) is being pushed to the devices via Prime to create trust-points for PKI

- Customer was using ikev2 tunnels with pre-shared keys
- Customer was trying to enroll certificate from the CA-server
