Description (partial)

Symptom:
Realod due to sys-mgr crash, and core file is created.

Conditions:
Multiple messages were sent to sysmgr to fill up the stats table to max limit and while cleaning up the table it is not reinitiated properly causing table corruption.  A combination of following  commands/conditions could cause  sysmgr stats table to fillup.
 
Sending snmp queries to process MIB/system MIB.
Show processes  <> commands
Show system internal  sysmgr service <> commands
Standby reset
Switchover
process start/stop 
( The above commands/events internally triggers an MTS message and these MTS message will update the same entry and it does not allocate new entries for every instance. For example, if a process is restarted then new entry is not created just the existing entry will updated)
