Cisco Bug: CSCvt83162 - Typhoon: 60 mins to start LC reload after 3 NP fast resets due to continuous Spy errs in NP dvr log

- Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: After 3 NP fast resets: LC/0/6/CPU0:Mar 18 18:32:35.087 : prm_server_ty: %PLATFORM-NP-3-ECC : prm_ser_check: Completed NP fast reset to successfully recover from soft error on NP 1. No further corrective action is required. LC reboot is expected: LC/0/6/CPU0:Mar 18 18:32:38.201 : prm_server_ty: %PLATFORM-NP-0-LC_RELOAD : NP1 had 3 fast resets within an hour, initiating NPdatalog collection and automatic LC reboot But it happened one hour later: RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Mar 18 19:29:12.997 : shelfmgr: %PLATFORM-SHELFMGR-6-NODE_CPU_RESET : Node 0/6/CPU0 CPU reset detected. Conditions: This one hour delay for the LC reload is a rare condition that only is only seen when the ECC corruption occurs in a particularly sensitive location in TM memory. It is only seen on about 1% of cases where a Typhoon LC must be reloaded to recover from an ECC error.
