Description (partial)

Symptom:
When performing SAML authentication flow in AnyConnect embedded browser window certain Identity Provider actions may be duplicated (ex: getting multiple SMS verification messages).

Conditions:
This issue exists in affected AnyConnect for Windows versions when SAML authentication is used with certain Identity Providers that rely on JavaScript keyup events for the "Enter" key.
