Description (partial)

Symptom:
In certain circumstances, an external controller (ex: DNAC) may report a MAC entry as being deleted too early, while SISF device-tracking database still holds this MAC in its database.

Conditions:
This may happen if the MAC was learned from gleaning data traffic (learned from MATM) and the command "clear device-tracking database interface <if>" is being used.
