Symptom:
CCS 5.1.4 HA - Notification are stuck and also the virtual machine status

When customer login as the ‘owner’ user, they see 'in progress' notifications in the ‘Virtual Machines’ tab and can’t get rid of them and they have been there for months

When customer try to get information about these VM’s they receive the 'internal server error' message

customer have performed a number of successful RHEL deployments over the last few days and weeks with no repetition of reported issues at the moment, but old deployment errors are still populating in the ‘Virtual Machines’ tab and can’t get rid of them

At the moment customer can’t see what deployments these are a part of, as they only see the VM ID

Conditions:
