Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone migration detects the entered DN in all the nodes and returns count number of devices respective to all nodes in same offcluster.
later denoting that total device count as 3(which is not the case, only one device is present in the Core Cluster with that DN).

Conditions:
Configuration:
Proxy TFTP setup in SME1-PUB.
2 offclusters configured:
1. Core Cluster
2. Remote Cluster

In the TFTP config: 1st address is the primary tftp ip, followed by the backup tftp ips

7965(SEP9CAFCA8448C6)-> registered in UCM1-SUB-1A. -> phone is diisconnected.
8865 phone is connected. 10000 DN is entered in the phone migration window. Migration fails.

From the logs the pms is running on all the TFTP servers and later denoting that total device count as 3(which is not the case, only one device is present in the Core Cluster with that DN).
