Description (partial)

Symptom:
after change defaul admin password for vManage and try to log again it seem password is never update and instaed becomes to something completely different and unable to log using that username,

Conditions:
19.2.2 vManage / vBond / vSmart, the system is able to commit the change, but does not change the password.  In fact, the password becomes something else entirely, and the admin user is no longer able to sign into the system.  This is a bug
