Symptom:
On some Nexus 9k setups with VPC, Prime Infrastructure's Device Details dashlet for vPC status is blank. It does not even return the message for "No Data is available". The raw API call to vPC status does show information. However, the memberInterfaces item is empty, which appears to be causing the dashlet UI to error out.

Conditions:
Prime Infraqstrucutre 3.7 managing Nexus 9ks with vPCs configured.
