Description (partial)

Symptom:
Primary and Failover Collector fields in CCX Serviceability under Cisco AMC Service are empty and if we try to configure those, they are saved without any error but they disappear and the fields remain empty.

Conditions:
Try to configure the Primary and Failover Collector, so RTMT can continue to retrieve information if the primary collector fails
