Symptom:
Issue Description:
1. Login Unified CM with right admin credentials
2. Navigate to User Management - Application User
3. Add the new application user providing them with the two roles: Standard CTI enabled and Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices
4. Now navigate to User Management -> Self-Provisioning assign the created application user under IVR Settings and click save
5. During the save time (ie., the time taken to load the page) there comes a warning message stating that the Standard CTI Enabled role is not assigned for this application user though it has been enabled

Actual Behavior:
Incorrect warning message stating to assign the user role though it has been already assigned

Expected Behavior:
Expected not to display that incorrect warning message during the save time
