Symptom: Emergency Call Routing Regulations can still be set when upgrade is in progress Conditions: Prerequisite- Upgrade- L2 must be in progress on the node. 1)Login to CCMAdmin. 2)Access the path Advanced Features->Emergency Call Routing Regulations. 2)In Emergency Call Routing Regulations page, select the regulations mentioned below and click on Submit button. Please affirm the following statement: --I have read the above notification, and I have consulted my legal counsel to determine my specific obligations.Select the following options and submit --Disable any further notification regarding my 911 Obligations Ideally, warning message "Add/Update/Delete not allowed due to system upgrade" This check is not done to Emergency Call Routing Regulations page when upgrade is in progress.
