Description (partial)

Symptom:
After changing the  "to" email address of "Email Alert Configuration" on Active FMC,Health alert emails are still sent to old address on standby FMC.

Conditions:
In HA FMC setup, when email "to" address is changed in Policies --> Actions --> Alerts.
