Description (partial)

We have had a number of incidents were external users have attempted to start Teams Space Meetings.

There have been many reports that an unknown user would appear in Team space who started the call.
That user is not part of Team space and some time not part of the org.

It also has been observed that these users name would appear different on Web client on Windows or MAC client.

Although the users can attempt to join the meeting they are unable to actually join as the external users are not part of the Teams Space. The users can only be added to the Meeting if the "Let in" option is selected.
They cannot join the Space unless a user lets them in.

1) A non space member can try to start a space meeting. They are either mis-dialing or deliberately trying to do that. But since they are not a space member, they are not actually in the meeting & wait in a lobby, as Team space meetings are password protected.
2) when the above happens, all other space members see the OBTP/Join button and think a meeting has been started by an unauthorized user
