Description (partial)

Symptom:
On Webex Teams for Windows and Mac, while registered as a soft phone to CUCM, presence will not update to indicate a user is "On a call" if they place or answer a call from a desk phone sharing the same line as the soft phone.

Conditions:
This is only impacting Webex Teams while registered as a soft phone and using a desk phone for the call.
While in Desk Phone Control mode, presence is updates appropriately.
