Description (partial)

Symptom:
SocialMiner bubble chat widget has SameSite cookies attribute missing and requests initiated by customers with the latest Chrome updates will be blocked.

Sample browser console log message:

A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at <SM FQDN> was set without the `SameSite` attribute. It has been blocked, as Chrome now only delivers cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with `SameSite=None` and `Secure`. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5088147346030592 and https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5633521622188032.

Conditions:
In Chrome 80 Google started to implement SameSite-by-default flag changes for some users. Requests initiated with cookies not set to `SameSite=None` and `Secure` get blocked.

They temporarily rolled out SameSite cookie labeling enforcements, but these policy changes will be fully implemented in future Chrome releases.
