Description (partial)

Symptom:
IW3702 root bridge 5G band 80Mhz downstream throughput AP CPU usage increases approximately 8% on 8.10 MR2 CCO image compared with that of 8.5 CCO image.

Conditions:
Bring up IW3702 autonomous AP1 to root bridge, and bring up IW3702 autonomous AP2 to non-root bridge, and make bridge association is successful, then inject 400Mbps downstream throughput from AP1 to AP2, observe AP2 CPU usage.
