Description (partial)

Symptom:
+ Deployed a new Virtual Machine using OVA "UCCE_12.5_Win2016_vmv13_v1.0.ova" for ICM 12.5.
+ After installing ICM 12.5, while the "Cisco Contact Center SNMP Management" service is enabled, multiple failures are reported in the Event Viewer under "System" that cause Windows to become overloaded. Memory is used 100% and vCPU spikes are high. There is a flood of errors reading, "Application popup: sappagt.exe - application error", "Application popup: hostagt.exe - Application error", "Application popup: snmpdm.exe - Application error", "Application popup: msnsaagt.exe - Application error".
+ These errors loop endlessly until the "Cisco Contact Center SNMP Management" service is manually shut down. Once that is done, the errors stop completely and functionality within windows returns to normal.

Conditions:
Deploying PG with OVA template - UCCE_12.5_Win2016_vmv13_v1.0.ova
