Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading from 3.1(3h) to 4.0(4g) CU started seeing faults relative to vNIC and vHBA disconnected on all servers that are in power off state firmware there wasn't that behavior and you want to know if there is a method for these faults not appear.

The blades are UCSB-B200-M3 and UCSB-B200-M4 and the FI-6296UP.

M3 contain UCSB-MLOM-40G-01
M4 contain UCSB-MLOM-40G-03
