Description (partial)

Special Business hours have priority over regular business hours
customer wanted during the day they can enable special hours for a different greeting to play just for 30 mins, during lunch time and rest before and after the regular greeting to play , but when special business hours end, the status changes to close
9 AM to 5 PM is regular business hours and 2:00 - 2:30 customer wants special business hours and post 2:30 automatically switch to regular business hours
