Description (partial)

Symptom:
The below errors occurred on AP console during its joining into eWLC. If they cannot be fixed in this single CDETS, please let me know and I can raise separate one for tracking accordingly.

Issue 1:
[*04/08/2020 04:06:26.2130] CRC value in NOR is incorrect. NOR not initialised OR Corrupted.

Issue 2:
[*04/08/2020 04:06:27.7700] Neither SPROM nor OTP has valid image

Issue 3:
[*04/08/2020 04:06:29.4420] chatter: '<bad handler>' not a write handler

Issue 4:
[*04/08/2020 04:06:30.0630] initialize_avs: incorrect DAC voltage step, exp=600uV/step real=538uV/step
