Cisco Bug: CSCvt74036 - Dir Sync syncs +1 in phone number but Webex doesn't recognize

Symptom: Customer sync users phone numbers from AD into Webex. If a customer has +1 in the AD Sync Webex should recognize and place the appropriate phone number in the right visual fields for the user. In certain cases this is not happening, and it placing the +1 into the wrong field, therefore the phone number is registering as invalid. Conditions: This is happening in certain cases when users phone numbers are in E.164 format within AD. We are currently not sure on the conditions as this is an intermittent issue.
