Description (partial)

Symptom:
The peer ports connected to cat9200L 10G ports, using 10G CX1 cable of length 1m and 1.5m may go to err-disable due to link flap, if the SFPs are connected to the switch before reload. The issue is specific only to cat9200L with 10G ports. The 10G local ports on the switch remain link DOWN. Only peer ports may go to err-disable due to link flap.

Conditions:
The peer ports connected using 10G CX1 cable of length 1m and 1.5m may go to err-disable due to link flap.
