Description (partial)

Symptom:
Memory Leak in OSPF when interface/neighbour flaps. this is a very small mem leak and will not be of much concern.this happen only in case segment routing is configured in OSPF. basically ELL generation/deletion

Conditions:
interface/neighbour flaps and SR is configured. the mem leak is related to ELL generation and deletion.
