Symptom: Information about when the "Recording in progress" prompt is played is inconsistent. Conditions: We performed testing on CWMS 2.8, 3.0, 4.0 versions and it’s by CWMS design: - for VoIP users to play prompt only when recording is started. For further Web attendees prompt is not played, but there’s icon showing that meeting is recording all time long. - for Telephony users to play prompt when recording is started and to play prompt for each Telephony users who joins later ? it’s because Telephony users cannot see the icon on the Web that meeting is recording. Regarding the documentation: Announce when a recording is started or in progress announces to all participants that the meeting is being recorded. TRUE After the recording is started, the message plays for each attendee who joins." - It is inconsistent. It should state: After the recording is started, the message plays for each telephony attendee who joins. It will be good to have this correct to avoid misunderstanding.
