Description (partial)

Symptom:
Issue reported is TFTP serving incorrect format for softkey template reference in configuration files to SIP Phones.

Incorrect (reported) format:

<softKeyFile>93886772-e459-a46f-ff8d-e15df16797e8</softKeyFile>

Working (expected):

<softKeyFile>SK93886772-e459-a46f-ff8d-e15df16797e8.xml</softKeyFile>

Thus, when the Phone will make a HTTP request to TFTP requesting softkey template, TFTP responds with 404 Not found:
