Symptom:
ISIS process crash @ isis_proc_p2p_restart_req on Standby RP.

Conditions:
Router running ISIS with redundant route processors. Only seen if the following are configured under isis:

nsr
bfd

In addition "nsf ietf" needs to be configured on a neighbor router and that router needs to be undergoing a graceful restart (nsf ietf).
