Description (partial)

Attempting to register or renew license with the smart licensing function on the ESA fails and generates an application fault and the license_smart shows: Smart Software Licensing enable request is in progress.

1) Registering the ESA to smart licensing
2) Renewing (requesting) the license update from existing smart licensing configuration
