CuCsMgr service generates core dumps.

Conditions:
CuCsMgr service generates core dumps when a cross server sign-in transfer request fails due to port unavailability at the source connection

When we follow the below steps for rebooting the nodes.
UnityConnection cluster with nodes V1 & V2.

Make V2 primary
Busy out all ports
Verify no calls are using the ports
Reboot server
Verify all ports are back in operation, db is synced
Verify split brain is not an issue
Make V1 primary

V2:
