Description (partial)

This symptom is seen when an ipv6 singlhop bfd session is configured along with multipath ipv6 session for a specific discriminators as explained in "Conditions". This results in session creation failures.

This issue is seen only on Jericho 2 cards when a ipv6 multipath bfd sessoin and ipv6 singlhop session is configured on the same NPU with discriminators 8192 apart. Explained below

Description of the problem:
Each Ipv6 session create multiple extra MEP DB entries. Each entry uses the same index but in different banks. With lsb offset set to 8k, Multipath Ipv6 session with "my discr" value of 'x' and Singlehop Ipv6 session with 'my discr' value of 8192+'x' will end up sharing one extra data entry in MEP DB.
