Last Modified

Description (partial)

Symptom:
All CTI route points, CTI ports (service, gateway, park, etc) or devices created by Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced are not getting registered to CUCM.

The TSP debugs will show the following errors indicating that the "Allow Control of Device from CTI" flag is disabled within the line configuration on CUCM:
CSelsiusTSPDevice::DeviceUpdateLinelist() Line [12501] with permLineId (0x00000363) is CTI restricted. so skip it
CSelsiusTSPDevice::DeviceUpdateLinelist() Line [12502] with permLineId (0x00000364) is CTI restricted. so skip it
CSelsiusTSPDevice::DeviceUpdateLinelist() Line [12503] with permLineId (0x00000365) is CTI restricted. so skip it

Conditions:
The template device used in the creation of the Queue device group has the "Allow Control of Device from CTI" flag unchecked or disabled on the line.

When the AXL sync takes place, CUACA will first "Validate Template device" and the response from the AXL service for the line configuration will show "<allowCtiControlFlag>false</allowCtiControlFlag>".
