Description (partial)

Symptom:
When trying to do a Smart License (SL) registration of a switch within Cisco DNA Center and this fails, usually Cisco DNA Center will raise a generic message with the following information "Please select appropriate device(s), either device(s) already registered with a Virtual Account or in RTU mode or License Reservation is initiated."

It would be helpful if, in addition to this message, Cisco DNA Center would also display the "Failure reason" from the switch contained in the "show licenses all" or "show license status" outputs, for example:

Failure reason: Fail to send out Call Home HTTP message.
Failure reason: Agent received a failure status in a response message. Please check the Agent log file for the detailed message.
Failure reason: The product regid.XXXX and sudi containing udiSerialNumber:XXXX has already been registered.

Conditions:
This applies to scenarios where Smart License registration is not successful from Cisco DNA Center.
